PTU - All You Need Is Love Tag Tut

This tutorial is my own creation and any resemblance to others is purely coincidental.  This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.  Please do not copy or claim as your own.  Anything you produce from this tutorial is yours to do what you wish for personal use only.  No profit is to be made from your results.

Materials Needed:

PSP X or any version should work
Eye Candy 5 - Gradient Glow for text
DSB Flux - Linear Transmission 
A tube of your choice.  I used the beautiful artwork of Anna Marine which you can purchase at Creative Design Outlet. You must have a license to use this art.
Scrap Kit - FoxysDesignz_SweetLoveTS can be purchased at Digi Fox's Studio.

Let's Begin!

Open your tube of choice - duplicate & close original. Set aside for later.

Open a new transparent image 600 x 600 flood fill with white.
Open WordArt1_FD - resize 90% - copy/paste as a new layer.
Selection Tool set on Circle- draw a circle that fits inside the wordart leaving approximately 1-2 pixels of space between circle edge and wordart.
Open Paper9_FD - copy/paste as a new layer.
Selections - Invert
On paper layer hit delete key once to remove excess paper.
Move below wordart layer.
Selections - Invert
Add a new layer - flood fill with black. 
Selections - Modify - Contract by 5.
Hit delete key once leaving a thin black border around your paper circle.

Activate your tube of choice - resize if needed - copy/paste as a new layer.
Move to the top of your palette. 
Add drop shadow - V/H 4, Opacity 25, Blur 5, Black.

Activate the thin black border layer - grab the magic wand and click inside the border.
Selections - Invert
With your eraser tool remove any bit of the tube you do not want beyond the black border.
I removed just the bottom of my tube choice leave the rest of her overlapping the border.
   
Note: for each element below add drop shadow & sharpen to your liking after placing in position. See my tag above for any reference to positioning of the element. 
   
Element3_FD - resize 80% - copy/paste as a new layer - position upper right. 
  Element9_FD - resize 65% - copy/paste as new layer - move below tube layer - duplicate and move copy above tube layer. 
On the top ribbon layer use your eraser tool to remove the pieces of ribbon you don't want over the tube.  Add drop shadow to the bottom ribbon layer.

Element18_FD - resize 50% - copy/paste as new layer - position.
Element21_FD - resize 50% - copy/paste as new layer - move below tube layer and position. 
Element30_FD - resize 50% - repeat resize. Copy/paste as a new layer.
Position where you like - duplicate and position the copy where you like.
 Once you have all your elements in place and drop shadows added, hide the white layer, merge layers visible.
Activate and make visible the white layer.
Move to merged layer - Image - resize 90% - unchecked Resize all layers.
Duplicate merged layer.
On the copy or merged layer - Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur - Elliptical, Strength 20, Twirl 0, Center setting all 0.
Apply DSB Flux - Linear Transmission - Slice Size 3, Offset 4, Blend 50, Vertical.
Repeat DSB Flux but change to Horizontal.
Lower layer opacity to 70.
Move this layer below original merged layer.
Delete the white layer.
Merge layers visible.
Crop - Merged Opaque.
Image - Resize 90%.
Sharpen.

Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want.
Save as transparent png.
