Materials Needed:
PSP X or any version should work
Eye Candy 5 - Gradient Glow for text
A tube of your choice w/preview. I used the gorgeous artwork of Selina Fenech which you can purchase at Creative Design Outlet.
You must have a license to use this art.
Scrap Kit - ScrapSchnegge_IB-SelinaFenech-28-2 by Schnegge's Scraps can be purchased at Creative Design Outlet.
Thank You Schnegge for a gorgeous kit to work with!

Let's Begin :)

The tube pack I am using includes a preview image and a tube - open both in PSP - duplicate and close originals. If you don't have a preview with your tube then any image will do or even the tube can be used.

Open a new transparent image 800 x 700, 72dpi.

Open Paper05 - copy/paste as a new layer on your new image.
With the Selection Tool set to Freehand, Add(Shift), Feather 25, Smoothing 0, Anti-Alias checked, draw a messy selection as I have done below:
  Selections - Invert
Hit Delete key Twice.
Selections - Select None.
Name layer - background
Hide this layer for now.

Open Frame01 - copy/paste as a new layer.

Copy/paste the preview image as a new layer and move below the frame.
With your magic wand set on Add(Shift) mode, tolerance 0, feather 0, anti-alias & continguous checked.- click inside the frame and don't forget inside the bit of opening in the frame at the bottom of the ribbon. Go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 2. Position the portion of the preview image you would like in the frame.
Selections - Invert.
With preview image layer active - hit delete key once.
Selections - Select None.
Duplicate this layer - on the copy change the Blend Mode to Multiply.
Lower the layer opacity to 85.
Merge down the two image layers.

Add drop shadow to the frame - V/H 2, Opacity 30, Blur 3 black - repeat but set V/H to -2.
Merge Layers - Visible.
Resize the framed image 80% and position near the center.
Open the hidden background layer.
Move the background down a bit so there are tiny green hearts sticking out below the frame. Be careful not to move down too far...you don't want it beyond the images lower edge.

Open Element01 - resize 80% - copy/paste as new layer and position on left side of the frame but don't overlap the white dove.
Add drop shadow - V/H 2, Opacity 30, Blur 3 black.

Open Element02 - copy/paste as new layer - move below birdcage layer - place in the top left corner of the framed image.
Add same drop shadow.

Open Element13 - copy/paste as new layer - position in upper right corner of the frame image without overlapping her face.

Open Element11 - resize 80% - copy/paste as new layer - position centered over framed image (see my tag for placement).
Add same drop shadow.

Open Element09 - resize 60% - copy/paste as new layer-position (see my tag).
Add same drop shadow.

Open WordArt01 - resize 90% - copy/paste as new layer. Move layer down below the framed image layer. Centered with the frame.

Open WordArt02 - resize 80% - copy/paste as new layer - position (see my tag).
I colorized it to match the pale green butterflies. You can colorize or leave as is.
Add drop shadow - V/H 1, Opacity 50, Blur 0, black.

Open Element04 - resize 80% - copy/paste as new layer. Position (see my tag).
Add drop shadow - V/H 2, Opacity 30, Blur 3, black.

Crop Image -Merged Opaque
Resize to width of 550 pixels - all layers checked

Copy & Paste your tube - resize if needed - position on right side of framed image - move layer below the FREE wordart layer.
Add drop shadow - V/H 4, Opacity 25, Blur 5, black.

Merge all layers visible.

Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
Thank for trying my tut. I hope you enjoyed it.
