This tutorial is my own creation and any resemblance to others is purely coincidental.  This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.  Please do not copy or claim as your own.  Anything you produce from this tutorial is yours to do what you wish for personal use only.  No profit is to be made from your results.

Materials Needed:

PSP X or any version should work

Plugins: MuRa's Meister - Copies 

Eye Candy 5 - Gradiant Glow for credits

Font Used: Segoe Script

A tube of your choice.  I used the stunning artwork of Jennifer Janesko which you can purchase at Creative Design Outlet. You must have a license to use this art.

Scrap Kit - ScrapFoxy_IB-JenniferJanesko-80-2 can be purchased at Creative Design Outlet.

 

 Let's Begin

 Open tube - duplicate and close original.

Open a new raster layer 600 x 250 transparent, 72 dpi.

   Selections - Select All

Open Paper5_FD - copy and paste into selection.

Selections - Select None

Copy the full tube & paste as new layer - resize if needed (for mine I resized 65%).

Move tube to the left side of your tag.

Apply MuRa's Meister - Copies on the tube layer with these settings:

Lower the opacity of this layer to 55.

 With your Selections tool set on rectangle, 0 feather, anti-alias checked, draw a rectangle selection like so:

 Selections - Modify - Contract by 5

Hit delete key once.

Select None.

Add drop shadow V/H 2, Opacity 30, Blur 3

Copy the flower with eye layer of the tube - paste as new layer - resize 65% on this layer only.

Position the flower/eye tube directly over the original tube - see my tag for reference.

 Copy the flower only layer - paste as new layer - do not resize it.

Position in the bottom right corner.

Move this layer below the full tube layer.

Add same drop shadow.

Open Element13_FD - resize 65% - copy & paste as new layer.

Move this layer below the the flower only layer - see my tag for reference.

Add same drop shadow.

Open Element11_FD - resize 65% - copy & paste as new layer.

Image - Free Rotate - Right - Free 20 - Rotate Single Layer checked

Position it below the flower only layer - see my tag.

Add same drop shadow.

Open Wordart1_FD - resize 65% - copy & paste as a new layer.

Move this layer to the top of the palette.

Add drop shadow. Set layer blend mode to Hard Light.

Open Element9_FD - resize 50% - repeat resize - copy & paste as new layer.

Position on the seam of the tube near the bottom - see my tag.

Add a new raster layer - flood fill with  #bb2c35 or dark color from your tube.

 Merge Visible.

Add © copyright info, your license number and name or text of choice.

 Save.

To make the avatar:

Duplicate your main tag and use the copy to make your avatar.

Crop the portion of the tag you want to use as the avatar - crop size 150 x 150.

When satisfied with your cropping, add a new layer and flood fill with the same color we used for the border on the tag, Select All - Modify-Contract by 1 - hit delete key once.

Select None.
Add copyright info and license number.

Add an initial.

Save.
