Let's create!

Open a new transparent image 600 x 250 - Flood Fill with a dark color from your tube - I used  #1f1812

Open your tube - duplicate & close original. Resize tube as needed - I resized 65% for the tube I used.  You may need to resize more or less depending on the tube.

Position tube on the left side.  Duplicate tube - apply to tube copy, Mura's Meister - Copies with these settings

click image to see larger screen shot

Adjust - Blur - Motion Blur - Angle 45 - Strength 20
Move layer below original tube layer.
Apply mask to blurred layer, merge group, change blend mode to Difference.
Move to the bottom layer - apply Effect - Illumination Effect - Sunburst with these settings.

Merge down mask layer with bottom layer.

Add a new raster layer.
With your Air Brush paint white around the edge of the tube - do not go over the faces. These are the brush settings I used:

Move layer below tube layer if it is not there already.
Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur

Activate tube layer - add drop shadow V/H 4, Opacity 20, Blur 10, black.

Add a new layer - type out your text in a dark color - apply Eye Candy 4000 - Gradiant Glow
Glow width 3, Soft corners 10, Opacity 100, Draw only inside selection is checked, color is a pale gray. Change Blend Mode of your text layer to Luminance(L), Opacity 60.
Position text on the far right side of your tag - centered top to bottom.

Merge all layers visible.
Add a new layer - flood fill with a contrasting color from your tube.  I chose the tan orange color from the tube.  Select All - Modify - Contract by 2.
Hit Delete key once leave a 2 pixel border.
Merge Visible.

Add © copyright info and your license number.  Merge all visible.
Add a name using the same effects as before.

To make the avatar:

Duplicate your main tag and use the copy to make your avatar.
Crop the portion of the tag you want to use as the avatar - crop size 180 x 180.
When satisfied with your cropping, add a new layer and flood fill with the same color we use for the border on the tag, Select All - Modify-Contract by 2.

Add copyright info and license number.

Add initial using the same effects as before and merge all visible.

That's it - you're all done!
