This tutorial is my own creation and any resemblance to others is purely
coincidental. This tutorial was written for those with a working
knowledge of PSP. Please do not copy or claim as your own.
Materials Needed:
PSP X or any version should work.
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow on credits and text
Font Used - Masana
Mask of choice - I used MB and SW Mask 30, you can get it here
Scrapkit by Foxy's Designz "ScrapFoxy_IB-JenniferJanesko-28-1" available at Creative Design Outlet.

A tube of your choice. I used the awesome artwork by Jennifer Janesko which you can purchase at CDO. You must have a license to use this art.
Let's begin!
Open your tube, duplicate it and close original.
Open a new transparent image 600 x 600, Selections - Select All.
Open Paper6_FD - copy & paste into selection on your new image, deselect.
Apply MB and SW Mask 30 - merge group.
Open Frame2_FD - resize 75% then copy & paste as new layer above your mask layer.
Add a new raster layer - Selections - Select All. Move this layer between frame layer and mask layer.
Open Paper3_FD - copy & paste into selection of your new layer.
On the frame layer, using your magic wand click inside the frame.
Selections - Modify - Expand by 2. Selections - Invert.
Make sure you are on the paper layer then hit delete key once to remove excess paper. Change blend mode to Color (L) and opacity to 85.
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - move layer to the top. Position tube toward the right side bottom of the frame. (See tag above for placement)
Open Element8_FD - resize 40% - copy & paste as a new layer, position where you like or see my tag for placement.
Open Element1_FD - resize 65% - copy & paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror and Flip. Position at the top of the frame.
Open Element 16_FD - resize 65% -copy & paste as a new layer then position top left on frame.
Open Element3_FD - resize 50% - copy & paste as a new layer and move layer below the bow layer. Position where you like or see my tag for placement.
Open Element9-FD - resize 50% - copy & paste as a new layer above the bow layer. Position in bottom left.
Open Element4__FD - resize 50% - copy & paste as new layer - Image - Mirror. Position below tube layer and to the right side of tag.
Open Element14_FD - resize 50% - copy & paste as new layer and move below violin layer. Position on left side of frame.
Open Element12_FD - resize 75% - copy & paste as new layer and move below the cat layer yet above the tube layer. See tag for placement.
Open Element11_FD - resize 75% - copy & paste as new layer and move to the very top of your layer palette. Duplicate and flip the copy. Duplicate again and move copy above the flipped layer.
You will have sparkles over the entire tag.
Add drop shadow to tube and all elements except frame - I used V/H 4, Opacity 25, Blur 5, black.
Merge all layers visible. Resize your tag by 90%. Crop - Merged Opaque. Sharpen.
Add © copyright info and text.
